How to order

Hello! Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before dming me for a order.GENERAL
* Commissions are for Personal Use only(Do not print my artworks on items without my permission and without watermark & credit)
* My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
* AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
* I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
* Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.PAYMENTS & FEES
* All payments are upfront in full through paypal. (You do not need to pay until it is your turn on the waiting list)
* Let me know before hand if i have permission or not to post the final artwork on my socials.
* There is a Complexity Fee depending on how much detail u ask for on a character design/background which will be discussed before hand.REVISIONS
* I can only edit the artwork a handful of times: u will have 5 times where u can request a change thru out the entire process.
* changes will be made if due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
* Commissions may take from minimum 3 days to max 1 month (rarely longer) depending on complexity, queue, health, exhaustion, or personal matters. (I have been diagnosed with autism, a panic disorder, chronic migraines, chronic stress and depression. These mental issues may cause some delay on the artwork, i will keep u updated if such occurs.)
* I dont do deadlines. Do not commission me if you are expecting me to finish it on a certain date.
* I will keep you updated if delays occur.
* If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be €20 EURO. You will have to Directly Message me that you wish for a Rush Fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.REFUNDS
* I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
* You have time to cancel before payment is made as long as you are in the wait list, after payment is done you cannot cancel the commission.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
* Use the artwork for personal purposes only
* Print the art for yourself.
* Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@the_aftereclipse".
You may NOT:
* Use the artwork commercially without permission.
* Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
* Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
* Remove signatures/watermarks.
* Resell or redistribute the artwork.
* Modify the artwork without my consent.
* Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
* Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
* The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
* By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.

♡ REFERENCES: i do ask that you provide enough references for me to work with. Working with only a written out description is alot harder for me to get it correct. instead i ask that you provide me with a image or drawing or mood board!

- Groups, duos, singles, pin ups, icons, nsfw, gore, non human features (example: wings, claws, tails, fur, scales, etc), fandom characters, furries, weapons, rubber hose artstyle, vivziepop art style, 2D Disney artstyle

i WONT draw

Vehicles, actual animals, extreme perspectives, complicated architecture, mecha (example: transformers), weird fetishes, realistic or heavily detailed tattoos

Body measurements for prices example

The prices on the art piece you order vary on how much of the bod(ies) are drawn. As it takes more time to draw a full body compared to a headshot.
